About Us
A Whole New World of Practicing
Practice Pax is founded by Meesh Kay, a cognitive neuroscientist who is also a mom of 5 kids. After over 12 years of practicing various domains with them, she has found a system that sticks and is backed by the current science of learning.
The Pax system is a revolutionary new way for children to creatively engage in their practice sessions with captivating weekly activity kits to propel learning and accountability, freeing caregivers and teachers to step into a supportive role.

About the Creator
Hi, I’m Meesh and I love learning! I’m so excited to introduce to you my Practice Pax system. Here’s a little about me and how Practice Pax got started.
- I’ve been fascinated by how people learn since I was a child.
- I’m a mom of 5 and I have been actively engaged in teaching them how to practice a variety of domains for over 12 years.
- I have a master’s degree in neuroscience with an emphasis on learning and memory.
- To be completely honest, if a system like Practice Pax were already on the market, I would’ve subscribed to it years ago and wouldn’t be doing this. Practice Pax was born, first, for entirely selfish reasons for my children, and second, because I know all of you parents and teachers out there are working way too hard to find something that sticks. Sharing is caring! You’re welcome.
Practice Pax helps families answer these questions
- What are the best ways for children to learn?
- How can I get my child to focus during a practice?
- Why do practices sometimes turn into fights?
- How can my child make true progress and become an independent life-long learner?
We can't wait for you to join Practice Pax!
