Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Individual Product Purchases (Physical Boxes)
At this time, Practice PAX boxes are sold as individual purchases, not as an active subscription.
Due to the nature of our practice system, we expect box contents to be handled by active children who play with the activities, write in the Passport, and fully engage with the materials. Because of this, and as a small business with limited resources, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on physical Practice PAX boxes once they have shipped.
If you have an issue with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@practicepax.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Digital Products
All digital products (including PDFs and downloadable tools) are delivered instantly upon purchase.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience any trouble accessing your files, please contact us at contact@practicepax.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
Future Subscriptions (When Available)
Practice PAX subscriptions are not currently active. When subscriptions become available in the future, customers will be able to cancel at any time.
Subscription cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing period to avoid being charged for the following box.
