About the Creator

Hi, I’m Meesh and I love learning! I’m so excited to introduce to you my Practice Pax system. Here’s a little about me and how Practice Pax got started.

  • I’ve been fascinated by how people learn since I was a child.
  • I’m a mom of 5 and I have been actively engaged in teaching them how to practice a variety of domains for over 14 years.
  • I have a master’s degree in neuroscience with an emphasis on learning and memory.
  • To be completely honest, if a system like Practice Pax were already on the market, I would’ve subscribed to it years ago and wouldn’t be doing this. Practice Pax was born, first, for entirely selfish reasons for my children, and second, because I know all of you parents and teachers out there are working way too hard to find something that sticks. Sharing is caring! You’re welcome.

Practice Pax helps families answer these questions

  • What are the best ways for children to learn?
  • How can I get my child to focus during a practice?
  • Why do practices sometimes turn into fights?
  • How can my child make true progress and become an independent life-long learner?

We can't wait for you to join Practice Pax!

What Will be in the Monthly Box?

A Guidebook & Postcard

The guidebook teaches the adult and child the month's research-based action item, which will be displayed on the postcard. It also preview's the month's activities, and has an outline on how to use the navigation tool.

Practice Passport

This is where you'll write down weekly practice goals, take notes from teachers, and complete the monthly tracking calendar.

Four Activity Kits

One for each week to keep learners engaged between practice spots. A reward is also earned at the end of each week.

Navigation Tool

A brain-based learning tool is included in each monthly box to improve or vary the way you practice.

Weekly Rewards

Who doesn't love to have a reward at the end of a successful week?! Kids receive a special travel token after each week's practice. They can store them in the token suitcase.
